New energy solutions SOLUTIONS
Summary
This plan aims to achieve automatic detection, positioning, and classification of solar photovoltaic panels through machine vision technology, improving production efficiency and product quality.
Industry Overview
With the continuous development of new energy technology, more and more enterprises are paying attention to the new energy industry. Among them, solar photovoltaic power generation is a very important form of new energy, but in the production and installation process of solar photovoltaic panels, quality testing and positioning operations are required, which require a lot of manpower and are inefficient. Therefore, we have developed a solution based on machine vision technology.
Solution Overview
At present, internal defects in battery cells are mainly detected through EL devices, but EL devices use contact detection, which has low efficiency and may also lead to the generation of secondary cracks; Internal defects such as hidden cracks, suction cup prints, black spots, etc. in battery cells can lead to scrapping or degradation. They need to be detected before screen printing (during the production process), otherwise it will cause waste of silver and aluminum slurry. At the same time, hidden cracks are prone to rupture during the screen printing process, leading to screen bursting and shutdown. However, currently, EL equipment can only be used after screen printing and cannot meet this requirement. This solution is equipped with a 1.7 million area array (9um)+808 laser, and a small area array is used as a TDI camera. Based on the current frame rate, it can reach 12 levels of TDI, effectively solving the hidden dangers brought by EL detection equipment.
