In today’s rapidly evolving era of industrial intelligence, high-precision 3D inspection has become an indispensable part of advanced manufacturing. Faced with micron-level defects and complex surface structures, conventional 3D cameras often struggle to balance large field of view and fine-detail capture.

BOPIXEL's HR-Ultra Series is the world's first structured-light 3D camera equipped with Sony's flagship IMX927 sensor. With 105 million effective pixels, it breaks the traditional trade-off between field of view and microscopic detail. HR-Ultra overcomes the performance bottleneck of conventional 3D vision systems that combine high-resolution sensors with low-resolution projectors, pioneering a Full-Chain Ultra-Resolution Architecture.

Leveraging the exceptional capture capability of its 105-megapixel sensor and the ultra-high-frequency digital fringe projection capability of its 16-million-mirror-array DLP projector, HR-Ultra eliminates weaknesses throughout the entire imaging chain—from light projection to image acquisition—making single-shot imaging, zero stitching, and sub-micron precision a reality.

100-Megapixel Resolution for Unprecedented Detail

HR-Ultra features a 105-megapixel image sensor with a point cloud resolution of up to 10,272 × 10,272. Compared with mainstream 16 MP and 25 MP 3D cameras, point cloud density is increased by 4–6 times.

Whether inspecting microscopic scratches, step-height variations, or complex curved surfaces, HR-Ultra captures every detail with exceptional clarity, ensuring that no defect goes unnoticed.

Flagship Projection System for High-Frequency Fringe Accuracy

Equipped with a 2716 × 1600 DLP projection module, HR-Ultra delivers fringe densities far beyond traditional 1080P projection systems.

The high-resolution projector is perfectly matched with the 100-megapixel sensor and telecentric optics, enabling precise synchronization between projection and acquisition. This ensures more stable structured-light projection and more accurate depth information.

System-Level Breakthrough: Single-Shot Imaging, Zero Stitching

HR-Ultra supports a single-frame coverage of 122 × 122 mm, eliminating the need for mechanical scanning or multi-frame stitching.

Stitching algorithms are no longer required, completely removing the risk of stitching errors and achieving 100% data integrity. Inspection throughput (UPH) can be increased by more than 300%, greatly simplifying system architecture while simultaneously improving efficiency and accuracy.

From 100-megapixel image acquisition, to high-resolution DLP projection, to single-shot, zero-stitching imaging, HR-Ultra redefines the limits of industrial 3D inspection through its full-chain ultra-resolution capability.

More than just an industrial inspection tool, HR-Ultra is a driving force behind the next generation of manufacturing precision.
